Maxwave is a forward-looking deep-technology company built on a clear belief: innovation thrives when bold ideas are encouraged. Our mission is to develop technologies that fundamentally change what’s possible. Maxwave is pioneering next-generation wireless power beaming, redefining how energy moves through space and enabling capabilities where batteries and wires fall short. This reflects our vision for a world where power is delivered freely, flexibly, and without physical constraints.
We are creating the foundation for a new class of over-the-air energy infrastructure with applications across civilian and defense sectors: perpetual aerial reconnaissance on the battlefield, autonomous agricultural operations, rapid recovery in disaster-stricken areas, and cost-effective green-energy generation and distribution.
Founded in 2020 in Madison, Wisconsin, Maxwave has rapidly partnered with leading universities, federal agencies, and industry innovators, securing multiple awards to advance its wireless power beaming platform. Based in the heart of Madison University Research Park, we are building technologies that will power the next generation of autonomous systems, clean-energy networks, and national defense capabilities.
